Fleet Assistant (Temp)

Duties & Responsibilities

Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on work load season etc.

• Enters/Updates Shop Employees Information
• Enters/Reviews Daily Mechanics Time cards.
• Enters/Reviews Maintenance and Repair Work Orders including any charges related to these work orders.
• Schedules Equipment for PM service.
• Enter Oil Samples
• Review and process Fleet Invoices
• Performs Shop Administration duties such as Updating Shop Calendar Scanning Filing Copying Documentation answering shop telephone/radio typing etc.
• Open PO for Services
• Responds to inquiries from a variety of individuals (e.g. staff managers etc.) in a pleasant demeanor and attitude.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• 1 year of job related experience in general business

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE SKILLS LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Ten-key
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual English/ Spanish

 Pay rate: $20.00/hour.
