• SCHEDULE FOR CASE: MONDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY & FRIDAY 9AM-3:30PM

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience as an HHA
• HHA Certificate and Palm Beach County ID Badge
• BLS Certified
• Florida State CEUs
• Physical exam within the past 12 months that states free of communicable diseases
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
• Valid Drivers License
