About this opportunity:
Join our refinery Reliability Engineering team in Superior WI as a Fixed Equipment Engineer supporting plant operations and equipment this role you will assist with troubleshooting equipment issues analyzing failures and driving improvements to mechanical integrity. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects participate in safety reviews and help ensure designs meet long-term reliability and operational standards.

What youll do:
- Support plant operations with field troubleshooting and equipment reliability improvements
- Assist in root cause analysis and mechanical integrity evaluations for static equipment
- Participate in design reviews equipment assessments and risk evaluations (e.g. FMEA)
- Help maintain and support mechanical integrity programs including corrosion and risk-based inspection efforts
- Contribute to documentation reviews including inspection/work repair (IWR) packages and IOW data
- Assist in managing bolted joint integrity and evaluating repair vendor quality and performance
- Participate in safety and compliance processes including PHA HAZOP and Management of Change (MOC)
Who you are:
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Engineering experience in an operating refinery or chemical plant with similar responsibilities and deliverables or comparable experience
- Broad and detailed knowledge of industry standards and reliability best practices
