Fitter

Were looking for an experienced fitter who can read prints solve challenges and keep our top-quality work on schedule and moving smoothly.

This is for the second shift: Monday to Friday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

What Youll Do:

• Check materials to make sure they meet customer specs and our quality standards
• Operate shop equipment as needed for the job
• Set up welders and other shop equipment
• Build fixtures and other aids to improve workflow
• Follow all company safety ruleseveryone goes home safe
• Help train and guide newer crew members
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You Need:

• Must be able to read blueprints run equipment weld and burn

Experience:

• Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid AWS D1.1 Certification required
