Job Summary
Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club a new Nicklaus Design Semi-Private Club located in Surprise AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Fitness Desk Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
About Us:
Sterling Grove offers eight stay-and-play cottages for potential future members providing an opportunity to experience the community and club lifestyle and be a member during their getaway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a local information source for guests
- Provides information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area
- Maintains adequate supply of brochure rack items in a clean well-organized manner
- Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk
- Assists guests with various services including making dining reservations ordering flowers wine or gift baskets coordinating car and limousine service making or changing airline reservations providing directions and other special arrangements
- Assists guests with questions and concerns makes suggestions and identifies possible solutions
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance

This position includes eligibility for the following benefits subject to applicable plan terms:
