KRE Security LLC is seeking a friendly organized and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our administrative team in Hamburg PA.
Enjoy a consistent weekend schedule that leaves your weekdays free while building valuable administrative and operations experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people staying organized and keeping operations running smoothly. Youll support employees and supervisors by coordinating schedules solving problems and helping ensure daily staffing needs are met. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What Youll Do
- Communicate professionally with employees supervisors and management
- Create manage and adjust employee schedules across multiple client locations
- Handle phone calls emails and scheduling updates accurately
- Respond to call-offs shift changes and staffing needs
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts with a customer service-focused approach
- Coordinate coverage for open shifts
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
- Use Microsoft 365 Outlook and Google Workspace
- Work with management and Recruiting to support staffing needs
- Handle confidential employee information professionally
What Were Looking For

- Dependable punctual and team-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Outlook and Google Workspace
- Ability to work on-site in our Hamburg PA office
- Experience in customer service administrative support scheduling dispatching hospitality recruiting call center or workforce coordination is preferred
- Willingness to learnwe provide training and ongoing support
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Raises at 6 months and 1 year plus a 3% annual increase thereafter
- One week of PTO begins accruing after a 60-day probationary period
- Consistent weekend schedule
