Job Summary
This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers food service customers and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry beef egg alternative protein salt oils starches sweeteners cocoa and chocolate.
The First Shift Continuous Improvement Clerk will support the designated business and regions technology implementations arrange the logistics of project meetings and town halls draft and lay out project newsletters maintain and update digital platforms and support the creation of training this role you will work closely with the project teams key users and third party agencies in the various locations across the designated region.
- Create communication and training materials based on clear and routine assignments.
- Use existing procedures to produce consistent and branded communications and training materials.
- Maintain and update digital platforms.
- Support the logistics of project meetings and town halls.
- Support technology implementations.
- Interact with the team and related stakeholders within a large project group.
- Support the drafting and lay out of project newsletters.
- Handle moderately complex clerical administrative technical or customer support issues under general supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- SAP experience
- Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
