Savannah GA This is an on-site opportunity for a hands-on project leader who enjoys being close to the work the team and the customer.
Note:
Must have 3 years of construction project management experience and 1 year of direct fire protection or fire suppression systems experience. NICET Level III certification is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Lead multiple fire protection installation projects from initial planning through final completion keeping scope schedule budget and quality on track.
- Coordinate project plans specifications contracts fire suppression systems alarms and related safety infrastructure.
- Direct on-site teams and provide clear leadership to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
- Partner with clients subcontractors vendors regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong project communication.
- Review construction drawings blueprints specifications contracts and project documentation to identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project costs schedules progress and performance while preparing clear project status updates.
- Conduct or support site inspections and audits to ensure work meets applicable building codes fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Apply knowledge of NFPA 13 NFPA 72 NFPA 2001 and commercial fire protection requirements throughout project execution.
- Manage competing priorities across concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of organization accountability and attention to detail.
- Communicate project status risks challenges and opportunities effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction project management experience.
- 1 year of fire protection fire suppression or closely related systems experience.
- Experience managing commercial industrial infrastructure or other complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating blueprint reading project plans contracts scheduling and cost management.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 13 NFPA 72 NFPA 2001 fire safety regulations and applicable construction standards.
- Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors vendors clients and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational communication problem-solving and time management skills.
- Construction site experience with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- NICET Level III certification preferred.
- Valid drivers license required.
