ProSidian Seeks a Fire Protection Project Manager Fire Protection Project Management for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis for Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual in CONUS - Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (North Charleston SC) as well as in the In CONUS - Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (North Charleston SC) as well as in the California Central Coast; Western United States; North America Area (Vandenberg Space Force Base near Lompoc Santa Barbara County California).  This role is for a Contract Contingent Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Fire Protection Project Manager P1NIWC011. The professional is generally located in Charleston SC supporting geographically dispersed naval engineering facilities that require coordinated fire protection life safety and modernization support.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Fire Protection Project Manager Navy NIWC Fire Protection Engineer Services and Support aligned with the Fire Protection Project Management Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Defense and National Security (derived classification) Industry Sector. 

This role focuses on engineering compliance and risk management (derived ProSidian alignment) Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of the Navy Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (Navy / NIWC Atlantic) NIWC Atlantic Department of the Navy; and GSA Federal Acquisition Service which conducts MRAs. Generally located at Vandenberg Space Force Base near Lompoc Santa Barbara County California and across CONUS - Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (North Charleston SC) as well as the California Central Coast; Western United States; North America Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivers mission-critical fire protection engineering risk assessments regulatory compliance and safety solutions that safeguard Navy installations.  Coordinating engineering priorities stakeholder decisions schedules and resources to advance NIWC facility safety and modernization.  Fire Protection Project Management and SRM Planning.  The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is the U.S. Navy organization seeking fire protection engineering support for facilities in South Carolina Virginia and other CONUS locations.   Requirement Status: Inferred support to explicit SRM planning and coordination Coverage: Governance measurement operations

  • Provide Defense and National Security (derived classification) Sector related Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual Engineering Services for Navy NIWC Fire Protection Engineer Services and Support as a Labor Category: Program Manager with activities generally located In CONUS - Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (North Charleston SC) as well as in the California Central Coast; Western United States; North America In CONUS - Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (North Charleston SC) as well as in the California Central Coast; Western United States; North America Vandenberg Space Force Base near Lompoc Santa Barbara County California.
  • Coordinate SRM planning review priorities site access travel and AHJ interfaces. Track review status and unresolved decisions. Schedule support is a proposed delivery method; no separate project manager is specified.

Qualifications :

Desired Qualifications For Fire Protection Project Manager Fire Protection Project Management P1NIWC011 Candidates:

Experience coordinating engineering services multi-site stakeholders and scope controls. PMP is desirable not required by the PWS.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

A relevant bachelors degree and engineering project coordination experience are recommended; no PWS minimum. Historical category minimum is masters degree and 15 years; verify current terms.
