The role:
The Financial Planner will work with some existing clients but predominantly take on new clients from internal referrals and strategic partnerships. The clientele consists mainly of younger professionals in the wealth accumulation stage of their financial journey. The Financial Planner will work closely with internal stakeholders and other departments within the business to help nurture clients through their financial journey.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality strategic Superannuation Investment Insurance and Cash Flow/Budgeting Advice
Work closely with Support Staff and Paraplanners to generate compliant Advice
Maintain client relationships in a professional fee for service environment
Work with referral sources to identify opportunities and manage leads
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
Experience with SMSF
A related Degree or Graduate Diploma
FASEA compliance
Familiarity with XPlan software (preferred)
A passion for helping others and providing impartial advice
Excellent stakeholder management skills
The ability to multitask and manage workflows in a busy environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
