Financial Operations Director

We are a rapidly growing company that specializes in providing top-notch accounting and financial services to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a remote basis.

As the Remote Finance Manager you will oversee financial operations budgeting forecasting reporting cash-flow management and financial analysis for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy identify opportunities for growth and support sound business decisions.

• Oversee financial operations for multiple clients
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and financial projections
• Monitor cash flow revenue expenses and overall financial performance
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations
• Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy
• Reconcile financial accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Manage and support accounting and finance team members
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Identify financial risks trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Stay current with financial management trends and best practices

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance accounting or financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and reporting
• Experience managing or leading a finance or accounting team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/financial software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Experience working with multiple clients is preferred
