- Reviews expenditures to ensure they are legal proper correct within the local operating budget and in accordance with the appropriate laws regulations and guidelines.
- Performs special studies analysis and/or audits to identify accounting budget and manpower deficiencies.
- Reviews transactions for accuracy and legal compliance in a financial database.
- Drafts briefings to summarize financial issues and/or impact of policy changes.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
- Employees assigned to the Real Property Services Field Office (RSFO) will require a Valid State Drivers License.
- Financial Management (FM) Certification Requirement for each grade level - FM Certification Level 1 (GS-05/07) and FM Certification Level 2 (09/11).

- GS-05 - $46610.00 - $60593.00
- GS-07 - $57736.00 - $75059.00
- GS-09 - $70623.00 - $91815.00
- GS-11 - $85447.00 - $111087.00
