This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in 55 countries including United States United Kingdom Canada Germany India France Netherlands Singapore.

Pay: $30$40/hr

Role Title: Financial Expert

Role Type: Contractor.

Location: Remote

We are engaging Financial Experts to participate in a customer-facing project focused on the evaluation and enhancement of AI agents within financial this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Develop realistic multi-step finance and business process prompts that mirror actual industry workflows.
2. Create detailed objective rubrics to assess the quality accuracy and completeness of AI-generated outputs.
3. Review and evaluate AI agent responses using your rubrics providing structured actionable feedback.
4. Leverage Microsoft 365 applications (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) to design and review tasks reflective of modern financial practices.
5. Ensure all assessments and feedback are documented with clarity and precision in written English.
6. Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to align on deliverable standards and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional background in finance accounting FP&A banking consulting or related fields.
2. Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools especially Excel for analytical and documentation purposes.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
4. Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in following comprehensive evaluation guidelines.
5. Ability to independently produce objective structured assessments against well-defined criteria.
6. Nice to have: experience in rubric development data annotation or AI model evaluation projects.
