Are you the person who reconciles to the last cent who wont let an invoice a claim or a payroll error slip through the cracks.
Were a growing multidisciplinary pediatric practice in Medford and were looking for a Financial Coordinator to work directly with our Director of Operations. This is the role for someone who takes satisfaction in keeping the money side of a practice accurate and on time paying what we owe helping collect what were owed and making sure every team member is paid correctly.
This person owns this position. Youll handle the day-to-day financial administration of the practice accounts payable and payroll and support our revenue cycle. Youll be charged with managing the success of these financial operations day to day backed by the organized records and documented processes that keep them running.
What Youll Do.
Core Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable enter and manage vendor bills in QuickBooks reconcile statements resolve discrepancies and prepare payments for approval working closely with our accountant.
- Revenue Cycle Support work directly with our outsourced biller and RCM lead to support the day-to-day revenue cycle including:
- Accounts receivable follow-up and denial/rejection resolution.
- Answering patient billing questions.
- Pulling aging reports and maintaining tracking logs.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Payroll process biweekly payroll accurately and on time using ADP/QuickBooks maintain time and PTO records and enter approved wage and status changes.
Supporting Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain organized electronic filing for financial and administrative records.
- Write and update standard operating procedures for our financial and administrative processes.
- Support new-hire onboarding and vendor/contract tracking as needed.
- Cross-train on front desk to provide backup coverage.
- Take on project work as we grow.
What Were Looking For:
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience.
- Experience with a revenue cycle / billing software product (any platform).
- Two or more years of payroll bookkeeping and billing support services.
- Strong numbers accuracy and reconciliation skills.
- Clear professional written communication.
- Comfort with cloud-based financial payroll and practice systems and a willingness to learn new ones.
- Discretion with confidential employee financial and health information.
- Someone who raises problems early rather than hoping they resolve themselves.
Especially Helpful:
- Healthcare or behavioral health billing experience.
- Payroll processing experience.
- Oregon Medicaid / CCO billing familiarity.
- Familiarity with HIPAA.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $22$33.65 per hour depending on experience.
