Financial Associate Shared Services UTK

The position coordinates with applicable client personnel to perform data entry invoice processing reconciliation and contract administration.

The position will be responsible for processing invoices deposits Contract and PO entry PCard and ledger reconciliations maintaining and tracking campus compliance records supply ordering and other duties to provide administrative support for other UT departments.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• 2-3 years of similar experience including experience in Excel data entry processing and invoices in an office environment.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Strong oral and written communication skills and computer experience.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to track and enter data accurately.

• Exceptional customer service and the ability to exercise sound judgement.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment-basedvisa status.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

• Associate degree or Vocational/Tech training

Experience:

• Associates degree in a business field and experience using a University ERP and interpreting fiscal policies and procedures.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Business accounting and technical experience.

• Fiscal policy knowledge as related to the position.

• Location: Cherokee Mills Knoxville TN

• Onsite with option for 1-day remote
