Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst at Liberty Debt Relief LLC will support financial planning analysis reporting and decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational data developing reports and forecasts identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve business performance and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
• Prepare recurring financial reports dashboards forecasts and management presentations.
• Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor revenue expenses cash flow and key financial performance indicators.
• Analyze customer and account-level data to support business and operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Accounting Operations Sales and leadership teams to support financial objectives.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Improve reporting processes and automate recurring analyses where possible.
• Maintain data accuracy integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in financial analysis accounting business analysis or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP SUMIFS and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SQL Power BI Tableau or similar analytical tools is a plus.
• Experience in financial services consumer finance debt relief or a related industry is preferred.
