What Youll Do:

As a Financial Analyst youll support organizational success through advanced financial analysis budgeting forecasting and this role you will:

• Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Assist in budgeting forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
• Collaborate with Administration and department leaders to support data-driven decision making
• Train and mentor Level I and II finance team members
• Support process improvement efforts through automation and efficient resource utilization
• Stay current on accounting standards regulations and industry trends
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial and operational information
• Continue performing key responsibilities associated with Level II finance functions

What Were Looking For:

Required Qualifications-

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 12 years of accounting finance or related experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications-

• Healthcare accounting or finance experience
• CPA designation and/or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business
• Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $25.92 $38.28 per hour
