Financial Analyst

IN THIS ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Support planning cycles such as POR budget development profit reviews and related submissions and presentations.
• Perform monthend and quarterly activities including journal entries account reconciliations monthly/ quarterly forecasts and preparation of recurring and adhoc financial reports.
• Analyze financial data reports and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives by leveraging new tools to create accurate consistent and timely reporting.
• Support product costing.
• Partner with leaders to develop materials for key meetings and presentations.
• Lead annual budget preparation and annual costing updates.

For This Role You Will Need:

• A background in accounting or finance with experience applying analytical thinking to solve problems.
• 2 years of experience working in finance or accounting functions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with teams and leaders across the organization.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Masters Degree
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment in finance or accounting
• Oracle and Hyperion (HFM) experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $90000 - $ 110000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
