Financial Analyst III

The Financial Analyst III partners with Operations Logistics and Supply Chain teams to provide financial analysis reporting forecasting and business insights that support strategic decision-making. This role develops financial models evaluates operational performance identifies process improvements and collaborates across departments to improve business efficiency and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the finance partner for Operations Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop and deliver reports on operational KPIs including cost inventory freight labor and throughput.
• Build financial and operational models for capital investments network optimization scenario planning and business initiatives.
• Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities measure financial impact and support implementation of business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting and improve financial visibility.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and executive teams.
• Support forecasting budgeting and strategic planning activities.
• Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to improve financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Economics Accounting or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis business analysis or manufacturing finance.
• Strong financial modeling forecasting and analytical skills.
• Experience developing reports and presenting financial insights to leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI SQL Microsoft Dynamics D365 and AI tools for financial analysis is preferred.
