Location: Kendallville INSchedule: Monday-Friday hybridAssignment Length: Approximately 12-16 weeksPosition SummaryJoin our team as a Temporary Financial Analyst and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced manufacturing this hands-on role you will support daily accounting activities financial reporting and business planning for a facility of approximately 170 is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys solving problems working across teams and using financial information to support operational Youll DoSupport month-end and year-end close activities including journal entries reconciliations accruals and financial financial and operational results to identify trends explain variances and support business accounting activities related to inventory purchasing manufacturing costs and capital with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve fixed-asset and capital project records while monitoring spending and project budgeting forecasting audits internal controls and process improvement You BringBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with five or more years of relevant knowledge of general accounting GAAP reconciliations and month-end close Excel skills with the ability to organize analyze and communicate financial information.A proactive detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
