InternationalsFALDprogram offers early career professionals a three-year rotational program that gives you opportunities to rotate through various areas of International within our Accounting Finance and Operations Teams including: Manufacturing Corporate Finance Purchasing & Logistics Product Development Service Parts and Sales & Distribution.
Rotation flexibility is an important component of ourFALDProgram as rotationassignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas Oklahoma Alabama or elsewhere in the US.
Our US-based program has two start dates a year: January and June/July.

- Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across our company

- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance Accounting or Economics
OR
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance Accounting or Economics
- Will obtain degree prior to first day of employment
OR
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance Accounting or Economic
- Masters Degree or Masters Degree in process
- Qualified candidates excluding current employees must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen Legal Permanent Resident Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g. H-1B status)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in finance or accounting with a preferred GPA of 3.0
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
- Previous applicable co-op or intern experience
- Proven teamwork collaboration and leadership skills
- Excellent written andverbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
