InternationalsFALDprogram offers early career professionals a three-year rotational program that gives you opportunities to rotate through various areas of International within our Accounting Finance and Operations Teams including: Manufacturing Corporate Finance Purchasing & Logistics Product Development Service Parts and Sales & Distribution.

Rotation flexibility is an important component of ourFALDProgram as rotationassignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas Oklahoma Alabama or elsewhere in the US.

Our US-based program has two start dates a year: January and June/July.

• Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across our company
• Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact our business performance and strategy

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance Accounting or Economics

OR

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance Accounting or Economics
• Will obtain degree prior to first day of employment

OR

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance Accounting or Economic
• Masters Degree or Masters Degree in process

• Qualified candidates excluding current employees must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen Legal Permanent Resident Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. • Bachelors or Masters degree in finance or accounting with a preferred GPA of 3.0
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
• Previous applicable co-op or intern experience
• Proven teamwork collaboration and leadership skills
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization including senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
