| Job Summary: |
This position is responsible for supporting the finance group manager in developing the work program. Will monitor the subprogram activities. Research guidelines forproblem solving and accurate data for guidance. Perform reconciliation and research needed to balance the work program and subprograms. Develop and maintain reportsfor financial management and monitoring. Will develop and provide training to stakeholders. Will provide support and guidance to the Financial Analysts staff.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

| Job Duties: |
Monitor the subprogram to ensure balance. This includes coordination with internal partners. Perform reconciliation the 2 yearwork program to ensure it is balanced. This includes coordination with stakeholders internal and external partners. Regularly monitor activitiesamendments and other requests.
Advising management on accounting problems on the effects of accounting changes and on measures proposed to revise program plans orcurrent practices or to improve financial management. Supporting external auditors in their work; coordinating and/or supporting internal auditfunctions.
Supervise and support finance staff. Assist in work program closeout and new work program setup. Coordinate meetings with stakeholders tosupport the delivery of the work program. Conduct surveys to find opportunities for process improvements.

Masters Degree in Management Finance Accounting Administration or Business
| Pre-Employment Requirements: |
Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Accounting or Administration OR 5 years in Management or supervisory role to replace
degree.
This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job and the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current valid class-appropriate drivers license complete all required training and successfully pass all necessary drivers license record checks. The license must be current unexpired and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to drivers license record checks must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R.11).
