The F&I Producer at Bill Alexander Mazda Mitsubishi in Yuma AZ is responsible for managing the Finance and Insurance processes at the dealership. This role involves presenting and selling F&I products ensuring compliance with legal and company policies and maximizing profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations regarding F&I products and processes.
• Work closely with sales staff to facilitate smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle financing and insurance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability through effective product offerings and customer education.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends products and changes in regulations.

• Experience in finance and insurance roles within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid state license or ability to obtain one for selling insurance products is preferred or required.
