Position Overview:
TheFinanceManagerwill play a key role in driving dealership profitability by managing and facilitating the financing process for customers. This position requires a professional who can deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing opportunities for financing insurance and warranty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage thefinanceprocess for new and used vehicle sales ensuring smooth transparent and timely delivery.
• Secure financing options through lenders while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Present and sellfinance insurance and extended warranty products to customers.
• Structure deals to achieve dealership profit goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive terms for customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure deals are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and transparent financing experience.
• Monitor and manage the storesfinanceperformance metrics including product penetration profitability and lender relationships.
• Train and mentor sales team members onfinanceproduct offerings to maximize opportunities.

• Proven experience as aFinanceManagerin a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing insurance products and state/federal regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with lenders and customers.
• Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g. Dealertrack Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.
