• Manage and oversee all F&I activities including financing insurance and warranty products.
• Develop financial packages that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all federal state and company regulations and policies.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I transactions.
• Negotiate with lenders and insurance providers to obtain the best rates and terms.

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
