About The Team

CoverMyMeds is transforming healthcare by improving access to medications and reducing barriers across the patient journey. The Finance team serves as a strategic partner to business leaders driving financial performance operational excellence and data-driven decision making. This role sits at the intersection of Finance Operations and Technology helping shape a more scalable and technology-enabled finance organization.

What Youll Do

Financial Planning Analysis & Business Partnership

• Lead free cash flow balance sheet and working capital forecasting processes.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights on performance risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance Operations and Technology leaders to improve forecast accuracy and cash flow visibility.
• Influence business decisions by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic finance partner.
• Drive accountability through financial analysis and performance monitoring.

Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement

• Lead high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes reporting and decision-support capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and working capital performance.
• Simplify complex business challenges and develop practical scalable solutions.

Automation AI & Digital Finance

• Leverage automation AI analytics and emerging technologies to modernize finance processes.
• Develop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve insights.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the Finance organization.
• Support the adoption of digital tools that enhance decision-making and financial transparency.

Skills Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in FP&A Corporate Finance Accounting Treasury or a related finance function.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling forecasting financial analysis and problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and business partnership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cash flow forecasting treasury operations free cash flow analysis or working capital management.
• Experience using automation AI analytics or digital technologies to improve finance processes.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with financial and analytical tools such as SAP NetSuite SAC FCCS Power BI Microsoft Copilot Claude SQL or similar platforms.
• Passion for innovation and leveraging technology to improve financial performance and reporting..
