Rich Products isseekinga highly motivated and detail-orientedFinance& Invoicing Internto join our Customer Invoicing and Systems Administration team. This internship provides hands-on experience supportingcustomerinvoicing operations business systemsreportingand cross-functional business processes.This internship will be hybrid and based at our World Headquarters in Buffalo NY from September - December workingapproximately15 hours per week.
- Support daily invoicing operations by monitoring invoice processing output failures andexceptionqueues.
- Assist with SAP Blacksmith EDI and other business system support activities including data validation troubleshooting and documentation.
- Support testing efforts for system enhancements upgrades and process changes by executing test cases and documenting results.
- Assistin the creation maintenance and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) job aids and process documentation.
- Research invoicing discrepancies pricing issues customer output concerns and process exceptions to support resolution efforts.
- Assistwith automation and continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Power Automate Excel SAP reportingData BricksFoundryand other business applications.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Sales Accounts Receivable IT and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements communicate findings and support business operations.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives within Systems Administration and Customer Invoicing.
- Utilize SAP and Excel to collect data and prepare reports .
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university working towards earning a B.S. or MBA degree (concentration in Finance Accounting DataAnalyticsor related field)
3.0 GPA or higher

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs) reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities shift differential and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$18.00-$24.00
