Ability to review lender programs and understand how to structure a deal is required. All major auto lenders are dealer partners and we consistently train with our reinsurance company and compare metrics in our dealer 20 group.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals submits deals to lenders for approval makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork contracts and delivers deals
• Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience
• Automotive industry experience is required (Sales Associate Sales Manager Internet Sales Manager or F&I Manager)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks MVR and drug testing
