Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Agency financial performance including balance sheet management P&L oversight cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Lead month-end close activities including overseeing client revenue recognition and financial analysis to ensure accurate agency reporting.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations ensuring compliance with accounting policies and data integrity.
• Partner with account operational and executive leadership teams to drive financial performance and informed decision-making.
• Lead mentor and develop Finance team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing department.
• Support existing and new business initiatives through pricing strategy financial modeling and contract profitability analysis.
• Monitor agency profitability and resource utilization recommending actions to improve margins and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen financial processes controls and reporting capabilities to support scalability accuracy and business objectives.
• Review and update client agreements to ensure accuracy completeness and alignment with Agency requirements

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree and/or relevant experience required

$110000.000 - $135000.00

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
