We are looking for a motivated professional and customer-focused Automotive Finance Associate to join our growing dealership team!

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in providing customers with a seamless vehicle purchasing experience while maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism integrity and compliance.

• Assist customers with financing and leasing options ensuring they fully understand the terms and conditions of their agreements.

• Present and explain available finance and insurance products including vehicle service contracts GAP coverage maintenance plans and other protection products.

• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing options and obtain necessary approvals.

• Prepare review and finalize all finance and lease contracts accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all documentation is complete accurate and submitted to the business office in a timely manner.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and California laws lender requirements and dealership policies.

• Work closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to contract completion.

• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding contracts funding issues and missing documentation.

• Meet or exceed established performance goals while maintaining ethical sales practices and excellent customer satisfaction.

• Handle sensitive customer and financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Build positive working relationships with customers lenders management and fellow employees.

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.

• Prior automotive finance sales or F&I experience is a plus.

• Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong mathematical skills and general computer proficiency.

• Ability to learn dealership management systems lender platforms and finance processes.
