Final Assembly Technician Northeast Austin (Cleanroom Environment)

We are currently adding a Final Assembly Technician to our growing team in Northeast Austin! This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing and/or cleanroom experience who takes pride in precision quality and teamwork.

Schedule

Monday Friday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Overtime required including Saturdays as needed (5:00 AM 11:00 AM)

Pay

$22.50/hour
Excellent benefits package available starting Day One of employment

Job Overview

In this role you will work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment performing detailed assembly and inspection tasks. A strong focus on quality accuracy and compliance with cleanroom standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sew and assemble sewing cuffs to specification in a cleanroom environment

• Inspect materials components in-process assemblies and finished goods using a microscope

• Maintain accurate production and inspection records

• Assist with monitoring cleaning and testing cleanroom environment conditions

• Batch components for daily production needs

• Maintain a quality-first mindset in all tasks

• Meet both production and quality expectations consistently

• Follow all Cleanroom Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including required attire and behavior standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience in inspection assembly or other detailed handwork preferred

• Familiarity with FDA and ISO manufacturing environments preferred

• Basic computer skills (MS Office email internet)

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and drawings

• Comfortable using a microscope for extended periods
