• 14/7 roster FIFO/DIDO from Perth

The Role

As our Pastry Chef youll be responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality desserts and baked goods in a bulk cooking environment. Youll take pride in presentation flavour and efficiency while working as part of a supportive close-knit kitchen team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing crib cakeshot desserts cold desserts slices mousses and jellies for daily service
• Baking fresh breads including bread rolls focaccias and baguettes
• Ensuring all products meet food safety and quality standards
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen

The Person

• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Must hold a patisserie certificate from Australia
• Must have a sound knowledge of food safety standards
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
