Job Summary:
Performs field technology activities related to layout data capture and verification in support of construction operations. Uses instruments and digital tools to collect analyze and report field data contributing to project accuracy and productivity. Applies working knowledge of construction technology systems to complete moderately complex tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs layout verification LiDAR scanning and digital data collection to support construction accuracy and documentation.
Sets up calibrates and operates total stations scanners and other field technology instruments in accordance with project specifications.
Processes and reviews scan or layout data to identify discrepancies and communicates findings to field teams.
Maintains equipment inventory conducts regular inspections and reports service or maintenance needs.
Supports implementation of field technology workflows on job sites to improve efficiency and data quality.
Provides basic training and guidance to less experienced technicians on proper tool usage and safety protocols.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
24 years of experience in field technology construction layout or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification required.
