• Conduct hands-on training for new cleaners at assigned accounts.
• Teach company policies procedures safety practices and service expectations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and refresher training as needed.
• Help employees build confidence efficiency and complete quality work.
• Monitor employee progress and provide feedback for improvement.

• Provide coverage for open shifts call-offs vacations and staffing needs.
• Support multiple accounts as needed.
• Respond quickly to operational needs and customer concerns.

• Conduct routine quality inspections and spot checks.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide corrective coaching.
• Monitor proper use and care of equipment and supplies.

• Engage with employees by providing encouragement direction and support.
• Assist employees with timekeeping questions and compliance.
• Report performance concerns policy violations or disciplinary issues to management.
• Review communication logs and relay important information to staff.

• Previous janitorial custodial or cleaning experience required.
• Experience training coaching or supervising employees preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel between accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical cleaning duties when needed.
