• Position: Field Supervisor
• Locations: Compton Paramount La Habra and Riverside Distrbution Centers
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts: Swing Shift & Graveyard Shift
• Weekdays and Weekends Available

• Observe and report suspicious activity hazards violations and incidents
• Conduct foot patrols and site inspections
• Monitor entrances exits loading areas and access points
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees visitors and vendors
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately
• Utilize computers tablets phones and security technology
• Respond professionally to emergencies and security concerns
• Follow all site-specific procedures and company policies

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)
• Power to Arrest Certificate (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous security experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• No felony arrests or convictions
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when necessary
• Ability to climb stairs ramps and ladders as needed
