- Job-site analysis trouble shooting and contractor support for NIPG products including quality assurance product claims and building diagnostics.
- Manages the customer contact and develops relationships with customers to provide information or instruction on detailing and installation practices for NIPG products.
- Deliver installation training for installers/contractors.
- Conduct thorough warranty inspections and develop detailed and effective field reports.
- Ability to speak to code compliance and has the ability to see cause and effect of installation process and the effects on the IMP product.
- Understanding of detailing and installation processes required to make a successful connection of the IMP to the building envelope.
- Communicates and reports observations and maintain records.
- Working with peers and supporting management in a way that leads to a culture of best outcome for NIPG
- Support the goals of Nucor.
- Demonstrate courteous and professional business etiquette.
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders scaffolds and stairs to heights of 100ft or more.
- Ability to work at heights for long hours and be comfortable walking on roofs.
- Must be located in one of the following states Washington Idaho Oregon California Nevada Utah Arizona Colorado New Mexico
- Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness and means to travel 60% of the time.
- Previous hands-on field experience with IMP installation (2yr. min.)
- Prior experience in D365
