Field Services Coordinator

SingleSource is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support our property preservation operations. Youll manage work orders from assignment through completion coordinate with vendors and internal teams review completed work and documentation and help resolve issues along the way.

Property preservation or mortgage field services experience is a plus but not required. Candidates with strong office administrative operations or coordination experience are also a great fit for this role. Were looking for someone who is organized comfortable learning new systems and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage property preservation work orders from assignment through completion.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Review photos reports invoices and other documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Track work order progress and maintain accurate updates in company systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors and internal teams to find solutions.
• Manage multiple work orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
