You will be working as a Field Service Technician for a client in the semiconductor capital equipment industry

This is a REMOTE role with heavy travel to manufacturing facilities in Kentucky Tennessee and Guadalajara Mexico

$800000 range

Duties

• Installing / upgrading equipment in field locations
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Document installation and repairs in a service system.
• Inspect troubleshoot and provide appropriate warranty services ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain all tools used during service calls.
• Manage and track parts / tools ensuring availability for service tasks.
• Provide part identification assistance for customers distributors Field Service Engineers as well as other employees and departments.
• Train customer personnel in equipment operation maintenance procedures and troubleshooting.
• Interact and collaborate with customers and internal associates

Requirements

3 years experience operating and maintaining SMT and/or Through-Hole related machines/ equipment including routine upkeep and preventive maintenance.

Ability to read bills of materials (BOM) schematics and assembly drawings.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
