Job Summary
Ford Office Technologies is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to install maintain and repair multifunction copiers and office printing equipment at client locations around the Hermitage PA area. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills excellent customer service abilities and experience working independently in the field.
- Diagnose repair and maintain digital copiers printers and multifunction devices (MFDs).
- Install and network office equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (network printing scanning drivers).
- Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Train customers on proper equipment usage when needed.
- Ensure timely response to service calls within assigned territory.

- 13 years of experience servicing copiers or related office equipment (preferred).
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP print drivers scanning setup).
- Ability to read service manuals and schematics.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various on-site environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
