Field Service Project Coordinator

Location: Houston TX - Various Site Locations

The Opportunity

The Service Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of service-related projects by organizing schedules managing documentation and coordinating communication between internal teams field technicians and clients. This role ensures service projects are executed efficiently and supports overall project success.

What you will do

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching field service technicians to job sites.
• Coordinate material orders equipment deliveries and subcontractor assignments.
• Maintain project files documentation work orders and service records.
• Track and update project timelines budgets and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm appointments updates or changes.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve issues or delays.
• Support invoice preparation job costing and vendor billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety contract and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience;
• 2 years of experience in project coordination service operations or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service/project management software (e.g. ServiceTitan Procore).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred.
• Familiarity with construction or building systems (HVAC electrical mechanical) preferred.
• OSHA 10 or comparable safety certification.
