As a Donor Recruitment Project Coordinator youll play an important role behind the scenes helping drive projects streamline operations and support initiatives that connect donors with the patients who depend on them.

Starting salary: $39700 annually based on experience.

What Youll Do
In this role youll serve as the organizational hub for many of the departments key projects and programs helping ensure that both staff and donors have a positive seamless experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and departmental initiatives from planning through completion ensuring timelines deliverables and priorities stay on track.
- Partner with leaders and departments across the organization to facilitate communication remove obstacles and support successful project outcomes.
- Manage project plans reports schedules dashboards metrics and other operational records that support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate department onboarding activities training schedules system access and department resources to help new team members succeed.
- Monitor training completion competency requirements and compliance activities while supporting the development and maintenance of departmental procedures and SOPs.
- Support daily department operations through scheduling staff coverage coordination communications and workflow management.
- Coordinate and administer department programs and special initiatives including donor communications recognition programs data management projects and operational improvement efforts.
- Prepare presentations reports and project updates that help leadership evaluate performance and plan for the future.
- Support audits investigations and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency service quality and the overall donor experience.
- Serve as a key operational resource during the managers absence by helping coordinate priorities address routine issues and escalate significant concerns as needed.
What Youll Bring
- Associate degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Marketing Project Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales marketing customer service donor recruitment or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in project coordination operations healthcare donor recruitment marketing business administration or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects schedules and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written verbal presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use department-specific software databases and scheduling systems.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated detail-oriented adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
Additional Information
- This position is based in Bethlehem PA and reports directly to the Manager Donor Recruitment.
- The typical schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs.
- Occasional local and regional travel is required. Candidates must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently.
