This is a remote position.
Our client a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences is looking for a Planned Activities Specialist / Field Service Engineer (IT Hardware).
Travel: 90% (East Coast - Travel expenses will be reimbursed per the Expense Policy)
Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of FT Extension)

Overview
In this role you will be supporting IT hardware installation and preventive maintenance of diagnostic equipment across the Southeast. This is a highly hands-on field position and an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineering or technical professional interested in developing a career in field engineering.
Responsibilities
Install and perform preventive maintenance on diagnostic equipment
Support hardware and IT/connectivity activities
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hardware and system issues
Complete equipment service and installation documentation
Travel extensively to customer locations across the Southeast and occasionally other U.S. locations
Work directly with customers and technical teams
Participate in training at Indianapolis facility
Qualifications
Bachelors or Associates degree
05 years of relevant experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
Hands-on mechanical electronics hardware IT or equipment experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
