Field Service – Construction Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Construction Manager to join a leading engineering organization working on public infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong construction management expertise excellent project coordination skills and hands-on experience managing construction activities from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects.

Manage project schedules timelines and overall site execution.

Review and interpret construction drawings specifications and technical documents.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality.

Track project activities using construction management software.

Collaborate with engineers contractors consultants and project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety standards project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Prepare project reports and support effective project coordination.

Required Qualifications

37 years of relevant Construction Management experience.

Strong knowledge of construction project execution and site management.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical drawings.

Experience in project coordination scheduling and construction administration.

Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

Experience in public infrastructure or engineering projects is preferred.

Candidates with experience in the following tools will be preferred:

Prolog

Bluebeam

Other Construction Management Software

Preferred Certifications

The following certifications will be an added advantage:

Underground Utilities

Water/Wastewater Plants

Building Construction
