Field Operations Associate Weekend Shift 23.90hr

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 8:00am- 4:30pm

Potential for overtime and mandatory on-call rotation

What you will do-

• While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers
• Prepare ship and receive products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel
• Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
• Clean and maintain supplies tools equipment and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Responsible for kit inspectionsand process orders for products
• Work with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g. loaner bank other warehouses consignments)
• Maintain account records signing reporting and filing/scanning documents. Cycle count activities
• Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery equipment
• Confer with distribution sales shipping warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries
• Coordinate drivers and routes for shipments
• Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment inventory for expiration dates etc.
• Inform customers of receipt shipping and delays; handling urgent requests and ensuring shipments are complete for delivery and processing returns
• Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
• Cross-training with other positions within distribution to fulfill on-call rotation needs

What you need-

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience
• Valid Drivers license with good driving record
• Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree
• Experience in a hospital medical device healthcare or sterile processing environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology implants surgical instruments or healthcare operations.
• Experience with inventory management logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting on-call after-hours or customer-facing operations.

$23.90 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits.
