Job Summary
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 8:00am- 4:30pm
Potential for overtime and mandatory on-call rotation
What you will do-
- While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers
- Prepare ship and receive products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
- Clean and maintain supplies tools equipment and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Responsible for kit inspectionsand process orders for products
- Work with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g. loaner bank other warehouses consignments)
- Maintain account records signing reporting and filing/scanning documents. Cycle count activities
- Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery equipment
- Confer with distribution sales shipping warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries
- Coordinate drivers and routes for shipments
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment inventory for expiration dates etc.
- Inform customers of receipt shipping and delays; handling urgent requests and ensuring shipments are complete for delivery and processing returns
- Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
- Cross-training with other positions within distribution to fulfill on-call rotation needs
What you need-
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Valid Drivers license with good driving record
- Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree
- Experience in a hospital medical device healthcare or sterile processing environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology implants surgical instruments or healthcare operations.
- Experience with inventory management logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience supporting on-call after-hours or customer-facing operations.
$23.90 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits.
