We are looking for a strategic Field Enablement Manager to support our rapidly growing sales function in this role youll own the enablement strategy and roadmap for AMERs Mid-Market Enterprise and Strategic segments working closely with regional sales leadership to identify needs and deliver high-impact programs. Youll adapt global onboarding and training initiatives for the AMER audience create clear and effective content and facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences. Youll help enhance productivity ensure consistency across GTM teams and support global communications and initiatives in the region. This is a high-impact field-facing role focused on execution not just program delivery.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What youll do at Figma:
  • Partner directly with Sales Leadership and frontline managers to improve pipeline quality deal progression and win rates
  • Work with frontline managers and sales leaders to improve execution coaching and inspection
  • Translate global enablement priorities into segment-specific execution across Mid-Market Enterprise and Strategic teams
  • Diagnose gaps in seller and manager behavior and implement targeted enablement tied to active pipeline and deals
  • Equip managers with frameworks and tools to inspect coach and reinforce consistent execution
  • Identify patterns in successful and stalled deals and scale what good looks like across teams
  • Adapt and scale global programs where effective and provide feedback to improve messaging content and enablement strategy
  • Act as the voice of the AMER field surfacing insights on deal dynamics competitive trends and execution gaps
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement or sales strategy including direct field-facing GTM roles (e.g. AE SE or close partnership with sales)
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales motions including multi-threaded Enterprise or Strategic deals
  • Proven ability to drive improvements in pipeline quality deal progression or win rates not just program delivery
  • Strong business acumen and execution skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact work tied to revenue outcomes while managing competing priorities across a growing sales org
While its not required its an added plus if you also have:
  • Familiarity with value selling methodologies such as Command of the Message MEDDPICC or similar
  • Background in technical or platform-based products
  • Demonstrated ability to embed enablement into manager-led inspection and coaching models
  • Exposure to both pipeline generation and in-cycle deal execution

Pay Transparency Disclosure

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including but not limited to individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience potential impact and scope of role) market demands and specific work location.

Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. Annual Base Salary Range:

$127000 - $269000 USD
