PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates equipment needed to perform job.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
• Comply with all NOV Company policies guidelines and procedures.
• Comply with all NOV Health Safety Environment policies guidelines and procedures.
• Comply with all NOV Quality policies guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Work overtime and shift schedules as required
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Perform bending stooping and repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Push and pull materials and equipment as needed
• Read and follow basic drawings instructions and assembly procedures
• Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Travel up to 10% as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Willing & able to work overtime as required.
• Standing Walking Bending/Stooping Push/Pull and Repetitive Movement up to 8-12 hours daily.
• Regularly lifting 15lbs occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three years of verifiable work history
• Ability to learn technical processes repair and assembly procedures
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Demonstrated reliability dependability and consistent attendance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
