Job Summary
- Operate winding machines in accordance with production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Follow all safety practices and wear required PPE at all times
- Adhere to company policies HSE standards and quality procedures
- Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Work overtime and shift schedules as required
- Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
- Perform bending stooping and repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Push and pull materials and equipment as needed
- Read and follow basic drawings instructions and assembly procedures
- Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production
- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Travel up to 10% as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of three years of verifiable work history
- Ability to learn technical processes repair and assembly procedures
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Demonstrated reliability dependability and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
