Feline Practice Veterinary Medical Director

Lead the future of feline medicine as our Medical Director in beautiful Southwest Florida.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate veterinarian to guide the medical direction of a growing cat-exclusive practice while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. With a salary of $140000$180000 plus 22% ProSal and a sign-on bonus of up to $10000 that can be applied toward relocation youll have the support and autonomy to make a lasting impact.

As Medical Director youll oversee clinical protocols mentor the veterinary team and uphold the highest standards of feline medicine while partnering with practice leadership on the hospitals continued growth. Youll enjoy true clinical autonomy a collaborative support team of two client service representatives and three veterinary assistants and the opportunity to help shape a modern Fear Free-focused practice. Experience with advanced dentistry is a plus but not required.

Our 3200-square-foot hospital features three exam rooms and is designed exclusively for cats creating a calm low-stress environment without the noise of dogs. Were expanding services modernizing the hospital and pursuing AAFP Cat Friendly Gold and Fear Free certification. This Monday through Friday position offers no weekends and no after-hours emergency responsibilities allowing you to enjoy an outstanding work-life balance while leading a practice dedicated to exceptional feline care.
