CHS Inc.is looking for a hardworking individual to join our Animal Nutrition team inMarshall MN as a Liquid Feed Mill Operator. In this role youll be a key part of producing high-quality feed and ingredients that support animal health. No two days are the same as youll perform a variety of operational tasks including jugging mixing receiving managing loadout functions and utilizing computer systems to monitor production enter data and support daily operations based on business needs. - Independently operate feed mill equipment (mixers pumps dry conveyor line juggers liquid bulk tanks) of a processing facility. Responsible for product quality meeting safety requirements and throughput in the assigned area.
- Receive handle and move liquid feed ingredients load and unload trucks and railcars
- Prepare and manage loadout including opening hatches attaching hoses sampling and ensuring accurate product delivery
- Monitor mixing systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy
- Perform routine equipment maintenance (greasing inspections minor troubleshooting) and report mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean safe mill environment through daily housekeeping spill cleanup and site upkeep
- Follow all safety quality and compliance standards while working with the team to meet daily production target
- Knowledge of operations production manufacturing and/or agriculture environments.
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as conveyors forklifts trackmobile and skid steer
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- Working knowledge of basic computer functions.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred

- Ability to work independently for extended periods of time and in hazardous environments.
- Ability to spend long periods of time on your feet including walking standing and climbing steps and ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to wear all required protective equipment may include respirators hard hats and eye and hearing protection.
- Ability to use both automated and manual tools and equipment.
- Ability to shovel sweep load unload lift and carry materials up to 60 lbs frequently
- Ability to work in noisy dusty and all-weather conditions
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and depending upon position may include other earnings such as bonus incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include without limitation experience education training specialized skills and certifications minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
