The Job
Youll deliver packages to homes and businesses in and around Olathe using a company-provided vehicle. Expect 50 miles per day across a 5-day schedule that includes at least one weekend day. Routes start at 9 AM. The work is physical loading unloading and moving packages up to 150 lbs all shift. If you can handle the pace the pay and incentives reflect it.
Training runs 710 days: a qualification cert then a week with a ride-along then an independent start with a lower stop count that builds up. Pay stays the same throughout training.

Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- No CDL required
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with repeated bending lifting and maneuvering
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer-service mindset
- Prior delivery or courier experience preferred not required
